Mike Lench
Club Manager
Mike is the Club Manager and staff personal trainer at PRO Fitness Club. He joined the company in December 2003 and has been helping local residents with their fitness goals since 1985. He received his BS, Business Management from the University of Scranton in 1988 and has worked in the fitness industry as both a manager, fitness consultant and membership coordinator for the last 25 years.

Mike is a Certified Personal Trainer, Body Pump Instructor, CPR and AED Certified and a Golf Conditioning Specialist, Nicknamed: “Captain Fitness”

Mike has loved helping members of all ages and fitness levels to feel and look their best. He is dedicated to making PRO Fitness Club the best fitness facility in the area.

Casey Miller
Nutritionist
Casey has an athletic and exercise background, which included playing Division I soccer at Drexel University and is now the Assistant Coach for Marywood University’s women’s soccer program. She also offers experience as a former Strength and Conditioning Intern at the world-renowned Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning facility in Massachusetts. At Mike Boyle’s she specialized in enhancing sports performance by focusing on running/jumping mechanics, sports specific movements, and injury reduction with a wide range of athletes, which included high school, college, and professionals of the NHL and NFL. Casey is also qualified to train weight loss clients and help all individuals achieve their goals. Her strong nutrition background can help clients track and develop nutrition plans for all their needs; including weight loss, increasing muscle mass, or weight gain.

Carl Lutkowski
Personal Trainer

Carl is a Certified Personal Trainer who is qualified to train a variety of clientele. He specializes in training Sports Specific and also the elderly. His personal goal is to train his clients in the safest most efficient way possible in order to achieve and maintain their fitness goals.

Debbie Howie
Personal Trainer
A life long and keen fitness enthusiast and cyclist, Debbie joined the fitness industry in 1997 whilst working in Asia. She pursued her career over several continents and arrived here in the USA in 2006. She has experience working with people with heart conditions and helped to develop a cardiac program in Bermuda.

Debbie Howie
Dustin Clarke
Personal Trainer
Dustin has a B.S. in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University. He is currently enrolled in the Masters of Exercise Science program at East Stroudsburg University. His training focuses on a wide range of clients, ranging from the general population to Division I athletes. He has coaching experience at two Division I NCAA Programs as well as local area health clubs. His training style is focused on injury prevention, joint mobility, and overall strength. If you’re looking for functional training then I’m your guy.
