Aquatic Center
You can find many wonderful benefits within our aquatic center. The human body is composed of over 75% water and every part is enhanced by water. While some will appreciate the relaxation and purifying affect of the steam room, others will enjoy a refreshing dip in our pool. Water cleanses, soothes, refreshes, and rejuvenates. Our water combines the therapeutic benefits of rehabilitation, exercise, muscular toning, and cardiovascular toning.

Group Fitness
Our group classes are a fun way to get fit. They combine fat-burning aerobic movements, muscle building exercises and stretching into routines that are performed to music. All ages can benefit from group exercise.

In order to help serve your every need, two state of the art tanning beds are available for your use at reduced rates for members. Our equipment, beds, and bulbs meet the highest safety requirement for industry standards.
